Believe

I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure & wearing lipstick. I believe that laughing is the best calorie burner. I believe in kissing, kissing a lot. I believe in being strong when everything else seems to be going wrong. I believe that happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe tomorrow is another day. I believe in Miracles.

Utah Trips and ZION National Park

Utah is one of the most beautiful states in America. Who would not love living surrounded by mountains! There are so many fun places to visit and things to see. We love visiting our friends and family who live there. To name a few things: Hiking, Horse back riding, visiting the Salt Lake temple (and all the other ones) and the Temple grounds, the conference center and visitors center. Here are some pics:

Utah is also known for it's amazing National Parks. We took a motorcycle trip around them over Spring Break in 2011, but that's another post. For now, I just was to talk about
ZION NATIONAL PARK
Things to do there include: Backpacking, bicycling, bird watching, camping, canyoneering, climbing, hiking, horseback riding, Kolob canyon, the narrows, river trips or other Ranger-led activities.
The main Hikes are: The Narrows, Angels Landing, Zion's main canyon, Observation point, Canyon overlook trail, Zion Mt. Carmel tunnel, Kolob Canyons, Hidden Canyon, Temple of Sinawava trail, Kayenta Trail, Weeping rock trail, Taylor Creek, Court of the Patriarchs, Watchman Trail, Emerald pools, Orderville Canyon, Pa'rus trail, Utah Travel Council, Kanara Creek, Checkerboard Mesa, Sandbench trail, Pine Creek Canyon, and the West Rim Trail.
It's huge, and there is plenty to see. While we were there, we Hiked Angels Landing:
Takes about 3 hours. It starts as a steep uphill walk and then you get to some switch backs and end up at SCOUTS LANDING. From there, you take the Angels Landing Trail.

The Road is so FAR away

This is Angels Landing-you hike along the ridge of the cliff

I hope to go back here some day and go on more hikes and trails:)
